Chef Suzette Gresham-Tognetti (in the photo here), from the 1 star Michelin restaurant Acquerello, her team and Larissa, resident chef at Purcell Murray, prepared delicious Italian food, taking advantage of exclusive features such as the Assistant, the double fan convection, the new powerful brass burners, and answered all questions from the attendees.
